Eric Giglione Associates, LLC is a privately owned insurance agency. Its founder, Eric Giglione started the agency in 1985. Eric started in the insurance business in 1977 and worked for several large insurance companies before becoming an independent agent. It was then that he discovered American Income Life Insurance Company, a 100% union insurance company. After hearing about the company and its unique marketing system he decided to work exclusively for American Income Life. Eric started as an associate and in his first year was ranked #3 among all personal producers Nationwide. In his second year with American Income Life, Eric decided to join the ranks of management. IT was here that he discovered his real gifts and talents. Over time he would learn how to lead people and set out to improve his skills in this area one day at a time. Within one year of being in management, Eric was given the opportunity to own and run his own insurance agency. He would move to Alabama as this was the only opening for him to explore the opportunity to own and run his own agency. As the youngest appointed owner, he would begin to learn how to be responsible for the success of an entire agency and group of people. This would come at a price. While Eric enjoyed success in the production side of the business, he would fail as a business owner and the agency would find itself in trouble financially. This lesson for Eric would be a great one that he would use later on in his career with American Income Life to help build what is now, the fastest growing and most profitable agency in the American Income Life system. Eric stepped back from ownership and would begin to evaluate his failure. One year later, the opportunity to go in business again would be made available. The opportunity would come in the form of a partnership. Eric would now partner with Lenny Furer, his mentor and coach at American Income Life while Eric worked in Florida. During the next 3 years Eric would learn the business under Lenny Furer and become more mature in business. At the end of the third year, Eric Giglione would buy out the Furer Giglione partnership and become the sole owner of the agency in NJ. Over the next many years Eric Giglione Associates would steadily set production and income records and establish himself as one of the most successful owners in the company system. The agency would begin to invest into the infrastructure of the business and position it for extreme growth. What Are We Doing to Improve? An IT department would be developed and groomed and technology would begin to play an important role in our current and future growth. The Public Relations department would take on new growth and expansion as it would become a company leader in ground breaking ideas that would allow continued and on going growth rates that would be nothing short of miraculous. From January of 1999 to July 2002, the agencies production would grow at 936%! From July 1999 to July 2002 the agency growth would be 176%. Enhanced bonuses for both personal producers and management would help fuel this growth and promotions take place weekly to support this growth. As the agency expands into the Northeast, we are extremely confident that we can sustain this growth and continue to set national records. This year we will be expanding into new markets, introduce new products, and improve existing markets and products. There is no end in sight for this agency and at the core of our success is a team of people who are dedicated to winning. Winning by caring for each other and the people we serve.
